Ciopinno seafood stew: An Italian seafood stew is a tomato broth seafood stew originating in San Franscisco with Ligurian roots. Learn how to layer flavors and aromatics with properly cooked shellfish and seafood over fresh cooked pasta.
Fresh Tagliatelle Pasta: It will be all hands-on learning to make fresh Italian pasta which will support the flavors of the Ciopinno seafood stew.
Tiramisu: We will complete the meal with a classic Italian tiramisu, the perfect combination of espresso and cream. This dessert is a staple you will you now have in your repertoire for years to come.
Following the tradition at 122 Corson Cooking Classes, we will all share in a small plates meal tasting our finished products and a glass of wine that pairs well with our creations.
